Sometimes it is necessary to fix the unstable fragments of the zygomatic arch. Case Presentation: We introduce a combination of transconjunctival and lateral canthotomy for open reduction and percutaneous access for rigid fixation of the arch in the zygomatic maxillary complex (ZMC) fracture in a 44-year-old man.
